4. Age and Birthday: 38 Febuary 8. Warped here by Fluke Rune Cannon accident when he was supposed to 'die'.
5. Appearance: Tall, muscular with short light blonde hair bright aqua blue eyes, has some stubble and a slight goatee. Likes bearing black and gold colours. Eyes are probably his most striking feature. Has a metal left forearm.
6. Personality: While no longer driven insane by the rune he is still a pretty cold and withdrawn person with a general lack of faith in humanity. Though, as he already proved, he will take extreme measures for those he truely cares about. He's also extremly intelligent and capable of being good at many talents. Can be deppressive/apathetic thanks to his past.
7. Weapons: Swords and Ranged. I need to think of a name for 'em >_<;
8. Occupation: Strategist, Warrior, Alchemist
9. Talents: Military Tactican, Alchemist, Toxicologist, Very good at manipulating people, was able to controll a beast summoned by another person. Powers - Aparently capable of non-runic magic as well as rune magic. Can make some pretty damn kickass Rune Cannons, Knows how to make poisons and most likely their antidotes, can bake! =D

11. Weaknesses: Fear of True Runes, Nasty haunting past, probably has alot of enemies thanks to his reputation, went insane and did a ton of stuff he regrets.
12. History (include any modifications for RPG purposes): Cray was born and raised in Scarlet Moon, the fact he has a second name indicates he came from a privelaged home. He had his own family and was a student of Elenor Silverberg, working under her while he lived in Scarlet Moon. For most of his life Scarlet Moon was at war with it's neighbouring country - Kooluk, living right on the border Cray was involved in alot of the fights between the two nations, in one such fight he came into contact with the Rune of Punishment. Unable to bear the curse of the rune and unwilling to die and leave his family behind he cut his left arm of to rid himself of it, which proved to be a bad move as out of spite the rune then choose his 9 year old son.
Around this time a peace treaty was drawn to stop the war, both sides agreed. However, some within Scarlet Moon were not satisfied with peace and dressed as Kooluk soldiers then went around the small border villages, burning them to the ground and killing the inhabitants to spark up the war again. Cray's village was targeted in these attacks and in a brave effort to save his father Cray's son used the Rune. He destroyed the village and killed most of the villagers as well as himself. when Cray was questioned about this he didn't answer, warranting an exile for both himself and Elenor.
Following this Cray was overcome with a strong insane desire to once again hold the Rune of Punishment and fuelled by this desire he built the large and powerful Cray Trading Co. and it's front Orark Maritime Trade to appear as a trading company on the surface, but act as an information network to find out the Rune's location. Once finding out it was in the Island Nations, Cray offered his assistance to Kooluk, who were warring with them at the time.
After Snowe Vingerhut came forward with a named bearer of the rune Cray began using the Kooluk army to persue the rune, telling them that it was to be given to Harmonia in exchange for militraty backup, which was a lie of course, he only desired it for himself as within its memory was all there was left of his now broken life. As the war went on Cray started to concentrate on gaining more power within the Kooluk administration, which he managed to accomplish by selling them an extremly powerful Rune Cannon. Finally he imprisoned and murdered the current Governor, said that he was unwell, and took his place.
Towards the end of the war Cray had complete controll of the Kooluk navy, but it still wasn't enough to accomplish his goal; when confronted with the rune he was unable to defeat it's bearer, Lazlo, and take it for himself. The war had been won by the Island Nations and Cray was left, with Elenor who had decided to confront him after all those years, within El-Eal as it collapsed to die.
